Apesar de não ter vindo aqui ultimamente, admito que é verdade! Inconscientemente, nestas últimas semanas, ao final do dia, encontro sempre o que me fez feliz. Sem sequer pensar que tinha de vir ao blogue para cumprir com os dias. A verdade é que devia de ter vindo aqui escrever e pôr a fotografia alusiva a esse momento do dia, mas todos nós sabemos que o fica para o "amanhã", fica na realidade para a semana, ou para a outra. Já está a passar demasiados dias sem cá vir e sinto essa falta, ainda para mais com tanto para partilhar. Para não faltar muito, vou continuar a partir do 36º dia, fazendo desde esta semana que passou, pois o objectivo é mesmo "100 dias"!

It has been ages since I have written and I must apologize. But it's true, the "100 Happy Days" definitely works: unconsciously, these past few weeks, at the end of the day, I knew what made ​​me happy and I appreciate it. Without even thinking that I had to blog it. 

I've so much to share and this week I'll write about Luxembourg and Belgium. But now, I'll continue from the day 36th, so I can keep the objective: "100 days"!

E assim chegamos à última semana de Maio. O tempo realmente quando quer passa a voar. Este mês foi um desses casos. Aqui ficam os meus momentos de 100HappyDays desta semana.

Day 32  of #100HappyDays

Chegar a casa e ter crepes à minha espera. Para melhorar tudo, só mesmo Nutella, que faz com que haja um "Smiley World". Depois de um dia de trabalho, estes momentos fazem-me feliz!

Coming home to fresh pancakes waiting for me. To make it all better there is only one thing that could make it all better: Nutella. It helps to make a  "Smiley World".
 After a work day,  these moments makes me happy!

Day 33  of #100HappyDays

Com morangos frescos  enquanto pomos a conversa em dia! Além de saudáveis estes são super saudáveis e caseiros! Assim vale mesma a pena!

Eating fresh strawberries while chatting! Besides being healthy, they are so delicious! So worth it!

Day 34 of #100HappyDays

Se há cheiros que gosto, é o da relva acabada de ser cortada! Parece que tudo é mais fresco e 'clean'! Se tivesse chovido depois tinha sido perfeito! ;)

If there are smells that I like, is the freshly cut grass smell! It seems that everything is fresher and cleaner! :)

Finalmente um dia de sol e céu limpo! Esta semana estava um pouco complicado mas aqui está! Os dias de sol são sempre mais agradáveis e isso faz-me feliz. 

Finally a sunny day and clear sky! This week was a bit complicated, but here it is! The sunny days are always more enjoyable and it makes me happy.

Day 36 of #100HappyDays

Sou super fã das TED Talks! Nunca consigo ver só uma apresentação. Quando dou por mim, já passaram duas horas. As ideias além de serem tão bem apresentadas, ficamos sempre com uma perspectica diferente de tudo o que nos rodeia e muitas vezes valorizamos mais os pequenos detalhes. 
Este livro é perfeito para todos os fas do TEDTalks ou mesmo para todos os que querem aprender técnicas para falar melhor e o saber estar numa apresentação. E não só. O audiobook Talk Like TED, de Carmine Gallo, é a minha companhia de viagem entre o trabalho e a casa. É uma ótima maneira de começar e terminar o dia. 

I'm super fan of TED Talks! I can't just watch one only 'talk'. The ideas are so well presented. And I get always a new perspective about everything that surrounds us. It's a great way to also value more the little details. 
This book is perfect for all fans of TEDTalks, or even for all of you who want to learn techniques to talk and learn to be a better pitcher. And not only that. The audiobook Talk Like TED, by Carmine Gallo, is my travel company between work and home. It's a great way to start and end the day.

This week will be a special one! I'll have to put all #100happydays photos of this week, all together in just one post. So, here are my happy moments since last sunday:

Domingo foi passado a ver carros clássicos. Além de estar um dia magnifico, e isso podem ver pelas fotos, o ambiente estava fantástico. A organização mais uma vez esteve de parabéns! Foi uma hora bem passada e fez-me feliz!

The beautiful sunny Sunday I went to see a beautiful exhibition of classic cars. The atmosphere was fantastic. They had "models" wearing vintage classic clothes there! Great touch! The organization was once again amazing! It was a very well spent hour and it made me happy!

Day 18 of #100HappyDays

Foi o momento mais alto da semana, sem dúvida! Tantos anos depois, vi pela primeira o vídeo do meu baptizado! É verdade, já andava ;) Foi emocionante rever tantas pessoas e conferir que afinal este dia foi mesmo feliz! No fim, é isto que realmente importa!

It was the high point of the week! No doubt! So many years later, I finally saw the video of my baptism! It was so exciting to see so many people and hearing their voices! Now I know that it was, indeed, a really happy day!!
In the end, that's what really matters!

Chegar a casa e descobrir que os morangos já  estão perfeitos e prontos para serem saboreados!! 

Getting home and discover that the strawberries are perfect and ready to be enjoyed! They look amazing, don't they? :)

Fantastic Summer!

Olá! Como foi o vosso verão? O meu foi recheado de boas praias, bons cafés e deliciosos gelados, divertidas festas de verão e bons serões ao fim da tarde. Claro, além da maravilhosa viagem pelo Báltico que fiz em Julho, que ainda vou vos mostrar mais.

Baltic Trip: Pärnu

Pärnu é uma cidade localizada na Baía de Pärnu, na costa do Mar Báltico, no sudoeste da Estônia. 
É um afamado resort para as férias e até é conhecido por ser a capital da Estónia do Verão. Não esperava que fosse tão agradável. Gostei muito de ter passado aqui duas horas para fazer uma pausa na nossa travessia entre Riga (Letónia) até Tallin (Estónia) no nosso primeiro dia de viagem de carro. Afinal 309km chega a ser um pouco cansativo. 
Aconselho até passarem um ou dois dias nesta zona, pois no Verão é um destino fantástico e a praia é formidável. Podem também cuidar da vossa saúde com os reconhecidos Banhos de Lama.


Pärnu is a city located in Pärnu Bay, in the Baltic Sea coast, in southwestern Estonia.
It is a famous holidays resort and it's known to be the summer capital of Estonia. I gotta be honest, I did not expect it to be so nice. 
I really enjoyed having spent two hours here to take a break from our journey from Riga (Latvia) to Tallinn (Estonia) on our first day of our road trip. After all, 309km is a bit tiring.
I suggest to spend a day or two in this area, because in the summer it's a fantastic destination. The beach is great and everyone seems to be having so much fun. You can also take care of your health with the famous Mud Baths.

The Baltic trip!

Durante 9 dias o Báltico foi explorado da melhor maneira possível apesar de que se tívessemos mais dias, melhor seria. Nas próximos posts vou vos levar comigo a conhecer quatro países da Europa. Todos eles foram especiais e encantadores, com fantásticas paisagens, encantadores castelos e deslumbrantes cidades, ricos espaços verdes e maravilhosa arquitectura. 

Fica para já o desenho da viagem que fizemos. Aconselho este roteiro, pois conseguimos ver o mais aconselhado turisticamente. Normalmente os turistas que fazem esta viagem costumar ir para as Capitais  Vilnius ou Tallin para começarem a viagem, mas devido a promoçoes que encontramos online foi mais barato fazer estra travessia pela Europa de avião em vez de ir directamente para uma dessas capitais. 

Nada do que uma boa pesquisa nos motores de busca como o SkyScanner, Edreams, Momondo, Rumbo, Opodo, LogiTravel para encontrar a melhor solução financeira para a nossa viagem!

For 9 days we explored the Baltic in the best possible way. However,  it would have been nice if we had two more days. But that's ok. In the next few weeks,  I will take you with me to explore four European countries. All of them were special and lovely, with breathtaking landscapes, enchanting castles and stunning cities, with beautiful green spaces and amazing architecture.

First of all, I'll show the map that we did for this the trip. I recommend this tour because we can see the most advised touristic places. Usually, the capitals Vilnius or Tallinn are the chosen cities to start the trip, but due to promotions that we found online, it  was cheaper to make this strategic travel crossing Europe by plane instead of going directly to one of these capitals, so we started in Riga. 

Nothing like a good use of search engines like SkyScanner, Edreams, Momondo, Rumbo, Opodo, LogiTravel to find the best financial solution for our trip!

Music Festivals

 Olá!

Todos os anos os festivais de música apresentam o seu cartaz e este ano há muita oferta, apesar de muitos já estarem esgotados. Estes festivais são uma excelente maneira de ver os nossos artistas preferidos a actuarem num só espaço. Afinal, quem não gostaria de ver num só dia os Major Lazer, Moby, Franz Ferdinand, Ben Howard, Hot Chip, The XX, Two Door Cinema Club, Sigur Rós e os Phoenix? Eu adorava, mas ir agora a Palm Sprins ao Coachella não me dá jeito :P ... Um dia será.

Vão a algum festival este ano? Fica aqui algumas sugestões de roupa que podemos usar para estes festivais.

Each year,  music festivals present their poster and lineup. This year there is a lot to offer, although many are already sold out. These festivals are a great way to see our favorite artists to act in one space. After all, who would not want to see in one day the Major Lazer, Moby, Franz Ferdinand, Ben Howard, Hot Chip, The XX, Two Door Cinema Club, Sigur Rós and Phoenix? I would loved it, but there's no way I can go to Palm Sprins to go to Coachella now  ... One day I will go.
