Foi numa aula de Literatura Portuguesa, tinha eu 15 anos, quando vi pela primeira vez o vídeo que falou diretamente comigo: "Everybody's Free to Wear Sunscreen". Talvez a minha professora, MB, não chegou a ter noção da importância que teve em mostrar este vídeo naquela aula. Ainda hoje agradeço e fico feliz por saber que há professores que usam o seu tempo para mostrar vídeos, que num primeiro olhar nada tem a ver com a matéria, mas que na realidade é o mais importante que podem fazer na vida: ajudar a olhar para o mundo com outros olhos! Tudo o que nos rodeia tem o seu valor. O mínimo detalhe pode fazer a diferença para tornar o nosso dia mais feliz. Ainda hoje vi uma menina a chamar a atenção de um passarinho, mas quando ele assustou-se e fugiu o olhar dela a sentir-se culpada foi impagável.
Sempre que tiverem dúvidas sobre o futuro, este vídeo pode ser uma das soluções! Sejam felizes, "wear sunscreen"!
I was 15 when I first saw this video. It spoke directly to me. It was in high School, in Portuguese Literature class. How could I forget? "Everybody's Free to Wear Sunscreen." Maybe at the time, my teacher, MB, did imagined how much importat it was to show this video to us, at least to me! I still appreciate it and I'm glad to know that there are teachers who use their time to show these kind of videos/stories (...), which at first glance has nothing to do with the subject's class, but in reality it helps them to do the most important thing they can do for us: showing us how look to the world with different eyes! Everything around us has its values. The smallest detail can make a difference to make our day happier.
If you have doubts about the future or if you want to spend 7 minutes of your time, this video can be one of the solutions! Be happy, "wear sunscreen"!
