As motivações e objectivos de exercício físico variam de pesssoa para pessoa: aspecto físico, questões de saúde, perder peso, fugir ao stress, ... Mas todos sabemos que o essencial aqui é a questão da saúde e por isso é inespensável um bom exercício diariamente, nem que seja uma caminhada de 20 minutos.
Ficam aqui algumas das minhas motivações preferidas. Quais são as vossas?
There's nothing better than great music and some workout to improve our spirit. But we all know that somedays our motivation is none.. Some people sign up for a gym, so they can have an "obligation" to attend and go every week. Some have a group of friends who get together to play football, tennis, squash, ... and some have a plan for every week, where they can have a woekout (run, fitness classes at homes...) without extra obligations, like me.
The motivations and exercise goals can be diferent, from person to person: physical appearance, health issues, lose weight, be stressfree, and so on. But we all know that the key here is health. So a good daily exercise, even if it's just a 20minutes walk, it's always a great idea!
